MOX Agency is a Project Management structure carrying out Work Management, Monitoring, Visas, Technical and Architectural Reviews assignments.

MOX Agency was created in 2016 by Uriel Ruleta with Cyrille Le Bihan and Mathurin Hardel (Hardel Le Bihan), after 5 years of collaboration, to pursue activities focused on construction site methodology. Its ambition is to approach each program with adapted tools, to reflect on problems encountered and to analyze their constraints, considering every project with its particularities and values.

Drawing on their respective experience of engendering office programs, equipment, housing and hotel residences within different architectural agencies or engineering companies, Uriel Ruleta, architect DPLG, and Romaric Duriez, engineer ESTP, manage and structure the MOX Agency with the rigor and the requirement necessary to defend the interests of the Owners and the intentions of the architects. Today, they are fortified by 12 architects, engineers and bi-students, who are experienced in supervising and monitoring construction sites, both in new construction and rehabilitation.

The Agency’s skills enable it to adapt to the needs of each operation, to meet all the technical specifications and to respect all contractual configurations. The Agency brings together a wide range of know-how and experience to serve the specific qualities of each project, from the design studies and during all the construction cycle.

The work phase combines the enthusiasm of built reality with the intensity of financial commitments. A synthetic approach, summarizing all the objectives and taking care of the smallest detail is necessary to dialogue with all stakeholders. It allows a controlled and qualitative project, sustainable and exploitable.

Located in the 10th district of Paris, the MOX Agency monitors projects in Grand Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Rennes and Bordeaux regions.
